Rates

Hughes riskApps provides Installation, training, customization and consultation support through 3rd party consultant.  Our third party consultants charge $150.00 per hour/per support incident  and can provide annual support contracts as well.

If you need help, we are happy to provide the first hour/first inident free of charge.  That first hour can take the form of an online demonstration, a review call with your IT department or filling our an IT departments technical questionnaire.  If you have not setup a billing account with our 3rd party consultants, please do so prior to requesting helpTo setup a billing account, please  click here and email complete contact details for the person who is responsible for approving invoices for support.  Finally, please have the responsible person for approving invoices email us their understanding that any charges will be paid by your institution. 

Keep in mind the first hour of support (regardless of the form that support takes) is free, anything beyond that will incur a charge.  Thank you for your understanding.
